Caroline joined the Mozaic team in 2024 as an Operations Associate.

Before joining the team, she worked in various positions in the financial services industry, primarily in private wealth management. Caroline’s focus within the company is on ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations, streamlining processes, and learning as much as she can from Julie and Lara.

Caroline graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History. In her free time, Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, yoga, and spending time with her family in Santa Barbara.
