Juan Santillan joined the Mozaic team in 2022 as a Performance Reporting Analyst. He plays a pivotal role in the company's financial operations, producing monthly client investment reports and managing special projects. Juan also contributes to various aspects of the investment process, assisting in due diligence and client service efforts. Juan holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, where he developed a keen understanding of human behavior and decision-making processes. During his time as an undergraduate, he honed analytical and project management skills working as a Research Assistant in the Positive Activities and Well-Being lab under the advisory of Sonja Lyubomirsky, who is well-respected and known in the field of positive psychology.

Juan is currently a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Level I candidate. In his spare time, he loves to travel the world, try out new experiences, spend time with family, and enjoy various culinary delights.
