Managing Director - Operations and Compliance
Julie Ray joined Mozaic, LLC in 2015 and has more than eight years of experience working in financial operations. At Mozaic, Julie serves as Managing Director of Operations and Compliance, where she plays a central role in managing intricate operational functions across all client relationships. Julie is actively involved in the entire client journey, from the initial onboarding process to coordinating cash movements, trade executions to comprehensive estate planning support, and maybe even finding a piece of unclaimed property in between. Her meticulous approach and ability to navigate complex financial transactions contribute to Mozaic's success in serving its clients and make her an indispensable asset to our team. Julie also coordinates the annual filing of Mozaic's ADV, a crucial document that provides transparency and regulatory insights into the firm's operations.
Prior to joining Mozaic, Julie worked in Marketing and Public Relations at the Wonderful Company. Julie graduated from the University of California Irvine with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Cognitive Psychology and a minor in Education Studies. In her spare time, Julie likes to garden, host game nights for her family and friends, and can be seen taking long walks with Mozaic's Chief Treats Officer, Roland.
