Lara joined the Mozaic team in 2023 as an Operations Associate. Prior to joining the team, she spent a decade working in various positions in the entertainment industry at CAA, Gersh, and HBO. Wanting to pivot to finance yet remain entertainment adjacent, she moved to Mozaic where she has been able to marry both interests. Within the company, Lara focuses on financial operations, streamlining processes, and learning as much as she can from Julie.

Lara graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University and holds a BA in Political Science. She is currently working on completing the MITx MicroMasters program in Data, Economics, and Development Policy and will soon be pursuing her MBA.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, skiing, and spending time with family.
