Lauren Garner joined Mozaic, LLC in 2022 and manages the firm's investment process and client portfolios. Prior to joining Mozaic, Lauren was a Director at Pritzker Group, a Chicago-based family office, where she was responsible for the analysis of portfolio investments across public and private asset classes. In this role, she developed and maintained long-term partnerships with high-quality investment managers as well as evaluated opportunistic direct investments. Before Pritzker Group, Lauren was a senior member of the investment team in Perella Weinberg Partners' Agility Outsourced CIO business, that managed over $10 billion in assets on a discretionary basis for endowment and foundation clientele.

Lauren began her career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and has significant direct investing experience from years spent at several hedge funds. She was a Portfolio Manager at GoldenTree Asset Management from 2009-2014, tasked with sourcing and executing debt and equity investments in distressed and special situations. Prior to that, Lauren was a Senior Analyst at JD Capital Management (2007-2009) and Tudor Investment Corporation (2002-2007) where she was responsible for coverage of distressed investments as well as several public equity sectors.

Lauren graduated from Princeton University magna cum laude with a B.S.E in Operations Research and Financial Engineering. She previously served on the Investment Committee for JEWISHColorado (Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado) and is actively involved in alumni affairs for Princeton University.

When not working hard on behalf of clients, Lauren can often be found swimming, biking, and running as she is an avid triathlete having completed numerous endurance events as well as shorter races over the past 15+ years. She and her family also enjoy spending as much time as possible together enjoying the outdoors.
