Trevor John joined the Mozaic team in 2024. He is responsible for asset class research, portfolio construction and management, and investment performance analysis. Trevor also helps develop client asset allocations and is involved in clients’ broader financial and estate planning matters. Prior to joining Mozaic, Trevor spent 5 years playing professional basketball throughout Europe and the NBA G League. He also worked as a Client Associate at Rubey & Rust Capital Management, a private wealth management firm located in the Bay Area, and as a Research Analyst for commercial real estate investment firm, ACRE Investment Co.

A former NCAA Division 1 student-athlete, Trevor graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Concentration in Finance. He subsequently graduated with highest honors from Drexel University, earning a Master’s in Business Administration with a Concentration in General Business. Trevor was a captain of the Men’s Basketball teams at both universities.

Trevor has passed all 3 levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) program. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, golfing, weightlifting, running, and most any other outlet to remain active. He also enjoys watching sports and movies, as well as reading, preferring nonfiction titles.
