2024 PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Notice is provided by Mozaic, LLC (“Mozaic”), and sets forth the policies of Mozaic with respect to the collection, sharing, and protection of non-public personal information of Mozaic’s clients. This policy applies to individuals only and may be changed at any time, provided a notice of such change is given to you.
Mozaic takes precautions to maintain the privacy of personal information concerning our clients under management. These precautions include the adoption of certain procedures designed to maintain and secure nonpublic personal information from inappropriate disclosure to third parties. Federal regulations require Mozaic to inform clients of this privacy policy.
We collect personal non-public information, such as your address, driver’s license, passport, social security number, assets, transaction and/or income information, for example, when you: (i) provide it to Mozaic in a subscription agreement and related documents; (ii) provide it to Mozaic in correspondence and conversations with Mozaic representatives; or (iii) make transactions, such as when you tell Mozaic where to send money or make a wire transfer. Mozaic may also collect your personal information from other sources, such as affiliates or other companies.
Subject to this policy, Mozaic does not disclose any non-public personal information about its clients, except as permitted by law, regulation, or investor consent. Mozaic restricts access to nonpublic personal information about clients and investors to only employees and third party service providers who need to know that information in order to provide services to Mozaic clients. Mozaic requires such third party service providers to protect the confidentiality of the nonpublic personal information, and to use the information only for purposes for which it is disclosed to them. Mozaic maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to safeguard nonpublic personal information and which we believe are reasonably adequate to prevent unauthorized disclosure of such information.
